 Education At EWGA

Golf education is the hallmark of the EWGA and plays a vital role in the success of the organization. Providing golf education to women who are interested in golf is one of the most important factors in fulfilling our mission. Understanding the game of golf and how to play the game are key in order for women to earn respect in golf and business.

The Minnesota Metro Chapter is currently working with our golf professional partners to develop programs for all skill levels of members for the 2009 season. We are planning for programs to be focused on:

  • Winter programs, including the popular Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) programs offered last winter.
  • New golfer/beginner lesson series
  • Lessons and clinics focusing on Breaking 100 (for intermediate golfers)
  • Specialized skill clinics for intermediate and advanced players

Our Chapter thanks our professional partners for working with us in 2009:

  • Begin Oaks, Ingrid Gallo, LPGA
  • University of Minnesota Golf Institute, Dee Forsberg, PGA
  • Brookview Lesson Tee, Michael Turnbull, PGA
  • Totally Driven Golf, Lynn Anderson
